ChargeProb is an outage platform for public charging stations. Using real-time data, the operational status of charging stations is made available to all e-drivers, including power failures. If the e-driver experiences a problem of another nature, this can also be reported via ChargeProb. ChargeProb provides insight into and transparency around the most common problems with public charging stations.
In many cases, e-drivers cannot tell whether a charging station is working or not. If a charging station is not working or a malfunction has already been reported, this is shown on the platform. We also give the operator of the charging station the option to keep the e-driver informed about the progress and status of the malfunction.
